Refund Policy
1. Who you pay
Tincograph plans bought on the web are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues your receipt and invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and processes every refund. Your receipt email from Paddle names the order and links to it.
2. Cancelling
Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel at any time from Plans → Manage subscription in the app (Paddle's customer portal) or through the link in any Paddle receipt. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing further is charged after that, and your account continues on the free plan with all your data.
3. Refunds
You can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days of the date it was made — your first payment and any renewal — whatever the reason, and whether or not you used the plan. When a payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends at once.
After 14 days, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it, or where we failed to provide the service you paid for (for example a sustained outage); write to us and we will look at every such case.
4. How to ask
Reply to your Paddle receipt, use paddle.net to find your order, or email [email protected] with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital services. The 14-day refund above is at least as generous, and nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law.
⚑ lawyer: confirm the wording of the EU/UK withdrawal right for digital services (and whether we ask for express consent to start the service immediately), that "any payment within 14 days" is what the business wants long-term, and that this policy matches Paddle's Buyer Terms and the seller identity once Tincograph DOOEL is registered.
